Practical tools you can use in your real, everyday life.

I had to find my way back
to myself, too.

Like many of you, I spent years caught in a loop of constant stress, trying to do more, to be more, where professional growth often came at the expense of personal well-being.

Then one day, while I was working at a neuroscience lab, something clicked: understanding how the brain works wasn’t enough, I also needed to learn how to listen to it.

That’s when breathwork found me. It showed me that we all carry a powerful tool within us: our breath. Learning how to use it intentionally not only helped me overcome anxiety and sleep deeply again, but also improved my energy, mental clarity, and connection with myself.

Today, my intention is to help others experience the same kind of meaningful transformation I did, one that is authentic, profound, and lasting.

I use a wide array of breathing and somatic techniques, grounded in the latest scientific research. This goes beyond simple breathwork: I work on every level, from reprogramming the nervous system to training posture and respiratory muscles, with the goal of increasing both physical and mental resilience in everyday life.

All of this is achieved without endless daily routines or overly complex techniques. Instead, I focus on simple, effective practices that are easy to integrate and designed to be applied in a realistically and sustainably.

Each session is fully personalized and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and current circumstances.

Individual sessions and sessions within the RESET Program last 60 minutes. We begin by exploring what you would like to improve and the challenges you are currently facing. From there, I assess your breathing patterns and guide you through practices designed to meet you where you are.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with clear, practical tools that you can easily integrate into your daily life.

Expansive Breathwork sessions last approximately 90 minutes. During these sessions, I will guide you through a deep and transformative experience where the rational mind takes a step back, creating space for feelings, emotions and past experiences that might have been repressed for a long time. All of this takes place in a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal frequency depends on your goals. In many cases, a single session combined with 5-10 minutes of daily practice can be enough to create meaningful change. However, the consistency of your practice will largely determine how lasting the benefits are.

If you’re dealing with dysfunctional breathing patterns (such as snoring, sleep apnea, or mouth breathing) or symptoms of nervous system dysregulation (chronic stress, anxiety, or insomnia), I typically recommend my RESET Program, which includes weekly sessions and ongoing support over four weeks.

Expansive Breathwork sessions are different. Because they are deeply transformative and require time for integration, I generally recommend spacing them 3-4 weeks apart.

The benefit of breathwork and somatic practices can be felt from the very first session, such as improved emotional regulation and reduced mental noise.

Deeper effects, like developing functional breathing patterns in daily life or improving sleep quality, typically emerge after a few weeks of consistent practice.

These somatic techniques are cumulative processes: the more they are integrated into daily life, the more stable and long-lasting their benefits become.

Not at all! Sessions at The Breathing Mind are designed for everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether this is your first exposure to breathwork or you’re looking to deepen your practice or explore new perspectives, each session provides a safe space for self-discovery, growth, and connection with yourself.

Both! We understand that everyone has different needs and lifestyles. That’s why we offer full flexibility: you can join sessions virtually (all you need is a microphone and webcam), or, if you prefer and live in Maryland, Virginia or DC, I can travel to your home for a personalized in-person session.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp. I’d be happy to help you find the option that’s right for you!

All you need is comfortable clothing and a quiet, distraction-free space where you can sit or lie down comfortably (such as a yoga mat or a bed).

Before starting your sessions, you’ll receive an email with all the necessary information to carry out the practice.

For virtual sessions: we highly recommend using headphones to fully immerse yourself in the guided audio and enhance your experience.

The techniques used at The Breathing Mind are science-backed and are safe and effective for most people.

However, sessions that involve hyperventilation to access expanded states of consciousness are very intense and require an initial health questionnaire. This allows me to assess any potential contraindications and ensure that the process is both safe and appropriate for you.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp and tell me a bit about your specific situation!
